It’s hard to believe that someone like Kyle Larson, who has the talent, caliber, experience and score on the road courses he does, should lose control of his car and make a mistake that was a wreck with Ty Dillon during the cup race in Indianapolis. Certainly, there must be some kind of part or mechanical malfunction of the car.
right?

But this was not the case. Because Hendrick Motorsports confirmed that Larson’s #5 Camaro had no mechanical failure of any kind, which even rules out expected brake failure, throttle failure, or pedal failure.
In fact, the whole thing was attributable to the fault of the driver.
“Cale got into the braking area too deep and out of shape.” Hendrick Motorsports Tell Journalist Bob Bocras about the incident.
But NASCAR fans didn’t buy it because they smelled something bigger, something of a cover-up, something of a plot.
The fact that he did not give an interview is alarming. I think this is Hendrick’s cover or NASCAR

Kyle Larson’s brakes definitely failed and there’s no way in hell there were 60,000 people in attendance to see it.
Call it 25K and brake failure. This is the truth IMO.

Does anyone really think that Kyle Larson’s brakes didn’t fail?

I don’t want to start any conspiracy theories (it goes on anyway), but Hendrick Motorsports’ mistakenly calling it Kyle Larson is odd when he was pedaling “too tough”.
It sure looked like something was wrong with the pedal before the accident.

So I’m supposed to believe that Kyle Larson who won at Sonoma, Watkins Glen and Charlotte Roval last year got it wrong in the braking zone so much that he turned his car into a rocket??? I think he fainted while driving before I bought ‘Driver Fault’ https://t.co/P8g20X8q9B

Hendrix’s statement about what happened to Kyle Larson on Sunday is meaningless. There is nothing here #NASCAR

A NASCAR analyst also believes that Kyle Larson has experienced mechanical problems with his car
On an episode of FOX Sports’ NASCAR RaceHub, analyst Larry McReynolds described that from all his time in the sport, from what he saw, there were only two factors that could lead to what happened between Kyle Larson and Ty Dillon.
“When I saw this, I went, ‘What in the world just happened?'” “Because in my experience, there are only two things that can cause it,” McReynolds said.

“And that’s losing the brakes or stopping the throttle.”
So it remains to be seen what will happen to this situation over time.
